At the end of Race 2 at Magny Cours for the French Superbike Round, the budget of Iodaracing Team is positive. Both Lorenzo Savadori that Alex De Angelis have closed in the points with a sixth and a fourteenth place.

Compared to Saturday, the weather conditions have definitely changed for Race 2. The sun and warm temperatures greeted the riders of the Superbike since the warm up were able to try in dry conditions.

In this context, the Iodaracing riders worked on their Aprilia RSV4RF for the ideal set up.

The second race of the weekend for the French Superbike has seen Lorenzo Savadori aggressive in the initial part of the race. After starting a little complicated, Lorenzo managed to enter the group of the top 5, but then, for a sharp drop of the grip, the Italian rider had to try to keep the place behind Van Der Mark.

Salvadori, that in the early stages of the race he also fought with Leon Camier, then crossed the end line in sixth place.

Alex De Angelis, the situation was different. The San Marino rider who started from the fourth row with the fourteenth time, after a warm-up made difficult because of the set up of his bike, met with the same set-up problems also point in Race 2, despite all the changes made by his team.

Under these conditions, Alex De Angelis still managed to finish the race in the points, in fourteenth place.

After the French round at Magny Cours, the standings sees Lorenzo Savadori in tenth place with 131 points, while Alex De Angelis is thirteenth with 88 points.
